Return to Rhythm – Frequently Asked Questions
What is Return to Rhythm?
Return to Rhythm is a 4-day Sacred Life by Design retreat designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to your natural rhythm.
It is the Seed stage of the journey, where slowing down and restoring balance comes before clarity, direction, or change.
The retreat is intentionally spacious, allowing time for the body to settle, the mind to soften, and a more natural rhythm to return.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves.
It’s especially supportive if you are craving simplicity, rest, and space to breathe before making decisions or changes in your life.
Do I need any prior experience with retreats, meditation, or mindfulness?
No experience is required.
All practices are gentle, guided, and accessible. You are welcome exactly as you are.
What will the days be like?
The retreat unfolds gently over four days.
You will arrive into a quiet, grounded space with time to settle before we begin. From there, the rhythm opens into a full day of rest and self-directed restoration, where you are free to move at your own pace.
As your body begins to soften, we come together for guided workshops that support clarity and reconnection, followed by time to integrate what has been felt and seen.
The final day is slow and grounding, allowing space to reflect and carry what has shifted back into everyday life.
There is no pressure to keep up or participate in anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
Is there a schedule for the retreat?
The retreat is gently guided, rather than structured around a fixed schedule.
Mornings are slow, with no early starts or required activities. Some parts of the retreat are facilitated, such as the opening circle and workshops, while other parts are intentionally left open.
You’ll be supported to experience the sauna, float tank, cold plunge, and surrounding spaces without needing to organise anything yourself, while still having the freedom to move at your own pace.
Is this a physically demanding retreat?
No.
Practices are slow, gentle, and adaptable. There is no pressure to participate in anything that doesn’t feel right for your body or energy levels.
