
Return to Rhythm Retreat – Terms & Conditions
By booking and paying for the Return to Rhythm Retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
Your place in the retreat is confirmed once payment has been received (either deposit or full payment). If paying a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the retreat start date (6 March 2026).
If full payment is not received by this date, your place may be offered to someone on the waitlist and your deposit may be forfeited.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the retreat start date (before 6 March 2026)
– You may request a refund minus a $150 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date (from 6 March 2026 onwards)
– No refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance, early departure, or change of mind.
This policy is necessary due to venue, accommodation, catering, and facilitator costs that are locked in prior to the retreat.
3. Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend, provided you notify us in writing before 6 March 2026. The person attending in your place must complete all required forms and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness, venue issues, or force majeure events such as extreme weather): You will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future retreat date. We are not responsible for additional costs you may incur (such as travel or personal accommodation arrangements).
5. Health, Wellbeing & Responsibility
The retreat is a holistic wellbeing experience and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and emotionally fit to participate. Please disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or injuries during registration. You participate at your own risk and agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing during the retreat.
6. Code of Conduct
This is a respectful, alcohol-free, drug-free, and inclusive space. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the retreat values. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
7. Privacy & Photography
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know in writing prior to the
retreat.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the retreat is cancelled due to a major failure on our part, you are entitled to a refund or replacement service as required by law.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
